I've never had better customer care and service in my life!!!( especially at a auto shop) Joe and his son Tim we're so kind in helping me find out about our Smog diagnostics with there amazing new machine and because they couldn't do A "Star" certificate Smog on my car they looked up the one closest and referred me to K&K Smog (who was great too)... on top of all of this awesome customer service they didn't even charge me for the diagnostic check!!! I am so refreshed by there family's excellent level of professionalism and customer service!!! I will always bring all my families cars to Joe and Tim!!! You guys Rock!!!

I highly recommend this place for anything wrong with your car, my car had a steering issue, it was very hard to steer, made one heck of a noise, and there was an oil leak under the car. They checked it out and told me that they could fix it today or they could fix it tomorrow depending on what I wanna do, of course they fixed it immediately (couple hours) and all that steering problem was gone like magic! And the price wasn't too bad. The bottom line is that these guys are professionals, respectful, friendly, efficient and they get the job done perfectly

Superb service! High quality, attention to detail, and fast. I came in to Villa Marina for maintenance and a check up for 50,000 miles. These guys are honest with what is needed immediately and what is not, it helped that they were black and white and they did not heckle me for excess services like other mechanics and the dealership. The wait was less than a day for a full inspection, my new tires and new battery. He let me know where I was and what would be smart to do during my next service to prevent bigger repair costs in the future. I was super excited to hear my belts were checked and in what condition. Really helpful when you don't know what you're looking for. New filters were put in and I took my car home. Will be coming for my oil changes here also. I'm in the Long Beach area so, I really liked my service.

Update, 6/17/17: The staff changes, but they remain very helpful and informative. Today, Joe used some fine detective work to identify the cause of a shimmy in the tires. They usually get to my car pretty quickly after they receive it in the garage. I have done some price shopping and the prices are comparative with other providers in this area. Joe told me he "loves his job" and was super helpful today.

Great group of professionals that go the extra mile to make sure whatever issue you came in with is resolved to your full satisfaction. They tell you the cost before proceeding, explain items completely, and prompt with their work. I will return to this garage in the future.

This is not your ordinary gas station. Staff is always smiling. Service is honest, caring and takes pride in their work. I've taken my car to them several times and they have been nothing but accommodating. Fernando spoke to me like my car was his car.

I don't understand the poor reviews. Joe and Fernando are super friendly and knowledgeable they took great care of my car. I didn't feel that I was forced to any extra service other than simple recommendation which by the way I verified and I was recommended in the past from others too. I think they are professional and great. Lot more reasonable than most mechanics in this area. Highly recommended.

Alert! Alert! Attention everyone! Listen! This gas station has FULL-SERVICE available. Do you know what that means? That means when you come to this gas station, you essentially teleport back to 1950's America, without all the racism and bad haircuts! They pump your gas, clean your windows, and take care of you in every single possible way! I've been driving for over seven years now, and I've never experienced this before. I couldn't even process what was happening. The two gentlemen who rushed to my service were like angels from heaven. So kind, so sweet, so resourceful, so quick! The only problem was that I didn't know if I should tip them or not. I hope they didn't think I was a jerk. Anyway. Get your ass down here today!
