I went to get my older (2003) car smog tested and there was a problem finding the number on the catalytic converter which had been replaced and covered by a steel cage in hopes of preventing another theft. Fernando called Victoria Motors where the new catalytic converter had been installed and Joey was able to provide the required full number (a plastic bag had blown under my car and adhered to the converter, obscuring part of the number.) Everything went very smoothly and when I returned to Victoria for routine service, Joey commented on how polite and professional Fernando had been. Im in complete agreement. Highly recommended!
Great Smog Test -- easy, helpful, quick -- was done in 25 minutes. went to Coffee place across the street & didn't even have time to finish coffee. Have used Villa Marina Auto Care for service in the past too--again, great service.
