First time at this shop. Took my car in for a brakes inspection because there was some intermittent noise. Thought it was unusual because my car has less than 20K miles. Fernando told me there was no noise on the road test, no pulsation, and brake pedal and hydraulics normal. He also wrote how much was left on the front and rear brakes, and said that my brakes are probably good for another 20k miles. Totally worth the check-up price for peace of mind. How many first time visitors, especially women, leave a shop without needing work? Villa Marina Auto Care earned my trust.

I cannot recommend Villa Marina Auto Care enough! The services I receive are always very thorough and timely. I have an older 2012 Kia Soul and when it comes to major repairs, VMAC has always proven to be honest about necessary repairs versus a service that can wait. Fernando also provides excellent future service advice about oil changes, etc. Also, I take the AAA approved status as helpful and with a great guarantee of work should something happen. I also recommend you plan and make an appointment. Drop off your car in the morning and hope to pick it up before closing. I recommend you make on your appt on a weekday instead of a weekend.

Very good experience! I had an auto emergency headed home from LAX. I googled and found them right down the street. Pulled in, Fernando got me in line pretty quick to see whats happening. Needed new radiator as my upper had cracked. Got me parts same day and installed for me too as I live over 60 miles away....Up front, knowledgeable and would highly recommend.... Pricing is standard (I couldn't imagine their rent in Marina Del Rey though...) in business. quality work, same day, straight forward and their location is easy. I wish they were closer for my yearly checks..
