I switched some time ago from going to other service centers and especially the dealerships as their key personnel appear to be more knowledgeable than most others not to mention their service and customer relations far exceed the dealerships, I have tried to use over more than twenty years.

Fernando, the service manager, is highly knowledgable and a true partner in keeping my older Prius in excellent condition.
