Good service overall! I got a flat tire courtesy of a pothole on the 10 west (ramp to the 405 south). I got my car towed to Villa Marina Auto Care. Even though my car tire wasn't easy to find, the guys there managed to get it and get the car fixed in a day. The prices were reasonable and the service very professional. Highly recommended.

Fair, honest, professional, reasonable prices, and fantastic service. We met Joe when my Jeep battery died, and he replaced it and pointed out that AAA installed it wrong, and later fixed a faulty thermostat that was installed by another shop. They fixed an oil leak in my 2002 BMW that the dealer missed, and even diagnosed an engine warning light offsite on my RV, so I could travel to Florida. I can't say enough about the high level of service they provide, at fair prices. Joe and Fernando go the extra mile to take care of their customer's vehicle needs, and are super nice people as well!

I'd give Villa Marina 6 stars if I could! I've been bringing my cars here for 30 years, & they've kept me humming along all that time. Joe & his crew are unfailingly polite, personable, & never talk down to me about mechanical issues (as many male mechanics still do with female customers), which I totally appreciate. They've handled everything from major engine repairs to fixing a balky window & cranky door hinge. And they're great about giving me rides back & forth from the station when my car is in rehab there. I trust them completely, which is more than a lot of people say about car repairs. I drive a 17-year-old Acura Integra that I adore, & it started shaking furiously on the freeway a month ago. I immediately pulled off & called Joe, who owns the repair shop. Once I got to the station, Joe & his crew disassembled the engine & advised me that it might need to be rebuilt entirely. They tried the less expensive solution 1st, which partially solved the problem, but I wound up having them put in a rebuilt engine after all. The car now runs like silk again. It was pricey, but reasonable as big-ticket repairs go. 6 stars! Heck, 60!

My car was not clearing the smog test...I did all that I could but it still didn't help until I came to this place. I told Tim what all I had done and he immediately was able to figure out the issue. I had to drop my car over night but they fixed it next morning. And finally the smog test cleared!!! They even offered a free Smog test, I just had to pay about $10 for this. Would def recommend this place for any car related issues.

Fortunately, I haven't been here for several months. My car has been fine. But now I had a/c trouble, needed periodic service, oil change, etc. All done perfectly which is what expect from these guys. They are astoundingly thorough. They gave me a description of some things that will need attention soon. Good to know, not for today. But they also proposed to polish up my very cloudy headlights. I've seen it done at several places. I just trust Joe and Fernando so I said yes. THEY ARE BRILLIANTLY CLEAR. Absolutely like new headlights. Astounding. Best 100 bucks. NOT like what you get buying some kit from PepBoys. I could tell my headlights were on during the day. Before I couldn't tell the regular beams were on at night. Joe, Fernando, Dave. Perfect, as usual for years and years.

This place is great. I've been coming here for quite a few years now and service has always remained the same; on point! I drive for ride share services so I am constantly getting oil changes and maintenance done on my vehicle; and let me tell you, nobody gets it done better than the staff over at Villa Marina Auto Care! Thank you guys for continuously taking care of me and providing some of the best prices in town!

The team at Villa Marina Auto Care are the best! They have been working on my car for years! Everyone there knows what they are doing! The best tthing is that they tell you what you need to be done on your car now and what you can wait on! Fernando is the best! Keep up the good work!

Fantastic service! They have done me right on both occasions going there. Fernando has the best customer service skills and is the perfect front man for the business. He even took photos of my perished air bags to show me etc. I think I've found my new reliable, convenient mechanics!

I can not express how much of a blessing it has been have Villa Marina as my mechanic. There is nothing but good to be said towards them. Customer Service is superier (Fernando is on Point!), great location, the time it takes to complete the job is quick and effective, the job gets done RIGHT the first time, pricing isn't too bad either. If you're looking for a mechanic, this is The One.

My car battery died. In my friends parking garage, while I was illegally parked and picking up her dog to dog sit for the weekend. I had one hour to get this dog before a conference call marathon on a Friday afternoon. Why is this relevant? I was horribly annoyed when AAA dispatched a guy from Villa Marina to jump start my car. The battery had green stuff oozing out when he showed it to me. I'm no mechanic, but it seemed like an unideal situation. The mechanic told me he could replace it, that it should be replaced, but that as long as I was driving straight somewhere and not stopping I could take the car home and have my husband change the battery if I'd rather do that. I did, called my husband, told him he was going to get to spend Saturday changing the battery in my car, but I probably saved us like $50 in labor cost. He said, go get the battery replaced, that sounds like a horrible way to spend a Saturday and i looked at the AAA receipt and called Villa Marina. The guy on the phone was quick, gave me an estimated cost (within $25) and told me he could have the battery changed in 30 min. Wonderful. I drove over there (it's behind the 76 on Maxella and Lincoln) and they were slammed. The guy acknowledged our phone conversation and the price discussed, took my car, and in less than 30 min I was gone. They took time to go over the estimate, called me when something else needed to be replaced, charged me less labor to make the total as close to the quote as possible and were super quick. I will definitely come back here and highly recommend this Auto Shop!
