I love this place. My car was towed here once because it's a Triple A vendor and I haven't gone anywhere else since. It's a place I might never have taken my car because it's out of a gas station but this place is the best.

Horrible! Do not go here. They totally took advantage when I brought my car in and asked for them to tell me if I needed anything done before a road trip. They changed my oil without me asking, and it had just recently been changed then expected me to pay for it. When I confronted them they were very rude and did not help what so ever. I felt so uncomfortable having to go in and pick my car up after the way they treated me on the phone. Do not go here.

These guys are fantastic!!! We arrived in LA for the Labor Day weekend and my water pump went out five minutes from our hotel. We lucked upon this place, and so glad we did. They diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes, hooked us up with a rental vehicle through a partner and had the work done one day early...even though it was a holiday weekend and they were closed Sunday and Monday. The owner, Joe, came in on Sunday to perform the work himself. If you need any auto repairs and want a reputable place to go...it doesn't get better than Villa Marina Auto Care.

Incredibly honest and knowledgable. Fernando and Joe are 100% transparent and will walk you through all their work and any suggestions they might have. Not long ago I was lucky enough to become the owner of a beautiful vintage truck (1972 Ford F250 XLT Ranger), but it definitely needed some work. I'm not the most knowledgable about these things, so finding Joe and Fernando was a huge relief. They worked through it in a few phases over the last few months to get it in clean working order and it's hard to believe how smooth it runs now for being 46 years old. I also had them work on my 2012 Honda Civic when it was due for some maintenance. It was cheap, quick turnaround and again they were fully transparent about what work it needed and what it didn't. Definitely my go to shop for auto care from now on.

People are thrives do not go them try any service station but these guys. Their manager Joe will give you a commitment to do something then claim he never said that when you come to pick up your car. He uses a line you can trust me I was a police officer for twenty years. I checked he was never a cop like that should be a reason to trust him anyway. In fact the man has a criminal record nothing major petty theft stuff. In any event they will say they are going to fill all your fluids and do a oil change for 130 bucks and end up just doing a oil change and claim they made no statements to do anything else. Watch these people especially Joe (Manager)the ex con who pretends in his mind he was a former cop. I'm always straight forward in my reviews and these guys take the cak

Ask for Fernando! He and his team are excellent! I had tire problems that included a missing wheel lock. He took care of my tires swiftly and quickly. When I couldn't find a wheel lock for my bmw (BMW dealer didn't have it) he went ahead and ordered a set for me so I didn't have to go thru that hassle! I definitely recommend these guys for any automotive care! Thanks Fernando!

Yas! Villa Marina went above and beyond and turned a somewhat stressful situation into an altogether pleasant one. My car called it quits en route to Palm Springs this past weekend (womp, womp) and I asked Triple AAA to tow it somewhere nearish my place on the Westside. I called Villa Marina to let them know my sad little car was heading their way, and their professionalism and kindness was consistent throughout the entire experience. We touched base the next day and they got my permission to run a $139 diagnostic to see what was going on. Joe then gave me a call Monday morning to give me a full run down on the car sitch. He totally broke things down for me and even took the time to do some research on an extended warranty I might quality for. Low and behold, I called my dealership and qualify for a new transmission, saving me A TON of money. I never would've known to ask and Villa Marina could've totally run with my money on this one, but these are some good dudes. I picked up my car yesterday and the process was really smooth. Joe gave me some more helpful info to use moving forward and I was on my way. I'll definitely be back for all of my future car needs! Glad to have found something close to home, reasonably priced, and with totally killer service.
