The team at Villa Marina Auto Care are the best! They have been working on my car for years! Everyone there knows what they are doing! The best tthing is that they tell you what you need to be done on your car now and what you can wait on! Fernando is the best! Keep up the good work!

Fantastic service! They have done me right on both occasions going there. Fernando has the best customer service skills and is the perfect front man for the business. He even took photos of my perished air bags to show me etc. I think I've found my new reliable, convenient mechanics!

I can not express how much of a blessing it has been have Villa Marina as my mechanic. There is nothing but good to be said towards them. Customer Service is superier (Fernando is on Point!), great location, the time it takes to complete the job is quick and effective, the job gets done RIGHT the first time, pricing isn't too bad either. If you're looking for a mechanic, this is The One.

My car battery died. In my friends parking garage, while I was illegally parked and picking up her dog to dog sit for the weekend. I had one hour to get this dog before a conference call marathon on a Friday afternoon. Why is this relevant? I was horribly annoyed when AAA dispatched a guy from Villa Marina to jump start my car. The battery had green stuff oozing out when he showed it to me. I'm no mechanic, but it seemed like an unideal situation. The mechanic told me he could replace it, that it should be replaced, but that as long as I was driving straight somewhere and not stopping I could take the car home and have my husband change the battery if I'd rather do that. I did, called my husband, told him he was going to get to spend Saturday changing the battery in my car, but I probably saved us like $50 in labor cost. He said, go get the battery replaced, that sounds like a horrible way to spend a Saturday and i looked at the AAA receipt and called Villa Marina. The guy on the phone was quick, gave me an estimated cost (within $25) and told me he could have the battery changed in 30 min. Wonderful. I drove over there (it's behind the 76 on Maxella and Lincoln) and they were slammed. The guy acknowledged our phone conversation and the price discussed, took my car, and in less than 30 min I was gone. They took time to go over the estimate, called me when something else needed to be replaced, charged me less labor to make the total as close to the quote as possible and were super quick. I will definitely come back here and highly recommend this Auto Shop!

I am an older lady and they saw me coming! I was talked (rather scared) into unnecessary purchases and equipment for my 32K miles car. I had been going to the dealer in Culver City but thought to start a relationship with someone in my home town to make my life easier. I thought it was fishy, but I just paid (almost $1800) without a word and vowed not to go back. (I found out later that I did not need the work done and the new equipment.) I thought about reporting this, but the lingo is Greek to me, and I wouldn't be able to make my point without getting other people involved. But my main problem is the way I was treated. When I got home, I noticed two things. The fob to let me into my building that was hanging from the wiper arm was missing. I called to simply ask that they look on the ground where my car was parked. I even had said that since I am barely 5'2", whatever man who had gotten in may have pulled it off with his much larger leg. I said that I knew that they were busy, but could they please call me back after they had looked. Not too much later, I received a call from Joe, the owner. His exact words to me were, "I hear that you think we stole something from you". I was flabbergasted! That was not even close to being on my mind. What a horrible thing to say and think! Later I found it thrown into my back seat. The second thing was that I had filled my tank immediately before giving them my car. It had 3/4 tank when I got it back. That was as plain as the crooked noses on their faces. I learned a valuable lesson: always document with a picture. This is one slimy place. BEWARE!!

Again excellent service by Dave, Fernando and Joe. Much better service and care for my car than going any where else. Definitely saving money over here than with the dealer. Will always be back again.

My car was in desperate need of brake fluid. My stress was admittedly minimize when I called Villa Marina Auto Care. I work in the area and decided to go on my lunch break. The customer service was amazingly out of this world! Everyone was so nice, helpful, and attentive. My brake fluid was topped off right away, and since that was done so quickly I decided to go get my right blinker replaced as well. They got me in and out of there with time to spare. Thanks again guys! I highly recommend them and I will be coming back.

My car had a flat tire, and this was the nearest full service gas station. The folks here were very courteous and generous in helping me in my moment of distress. Super quick! I highly recommend them.

We were visiting relatives in the area and had car trouble. We found Miravilla Auto Center on Yelp. We have never met a more honest group of employees; everyone was courteous, helpful and got us going in a timely manner. We would not hesitate to highly recommend this shop for any of your service needs. We found out through reviews that the filling station located on the same property is a separate business and this review is only for Miravilla Auto Center. We did not purchase fuel.

It is very rare that you walk out of a garage and you feel they know what they are doing and they are not about emptying your bank account. That how I felt last time i been using this place a few month ago, and a few days ago. The family own business is well orchestrated and a pleasant to work with but, as i said, the most important thing is THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING
