Villa Marina Auto Care and Fernando has taken care of all of my cars for over 10 years now. They always tell me the absolute truth and will work with me if funds are tight. Their service is by far superior to any other repair shop in town! I have taken my car to others, only to take my vehicle back to Fernando who would resolve the issue within a day. I will take all my cars to this repair shop as long as I live in Los Angeles. I truly cannot say enough good words about Fernando and Villa Marina Auto Care. Peter F.

This place was amazing for me. I was on the 90 turning onto Lincoln when my power steering went out. I was stranded at this 76 gas station with Villa Marina Auto Care and after being locked out of my car with my cat inside, my car not turning on, and my AAA service having just expired I was pretty much having a panic attack. After I realized I was lucky enough to have pulled into an Auto Care place, not just a gas station I went over to ask for help. Chis was SO helpful, welcoming, warm and made helped me take the steps to get my car unlocked, they pushed my dead car around, and gave me a very quick and reasonable quote. It was the alternator. The car was completely finished the next morning and once again the service and kindness and professionalism was on point. I accidentally found this place but I will most certainly be back when I have any auto needs in the future. thanks!!

Best keep secret in Marina del Rey, I have lived right next door to this amazing repair station and yet I never had the chance to utilize the amazing services. I drive to Calabasas daily for work and we have a technician at our location, but due to Covid I have not worked for the last several months. My Porsche needed a oil change and my regular technicians are unable to assist me. The Porsche dealership was happy to take my car in for a oil change. The price point was double what Villa Marina was charging. I telephoned Villa Marina and I spoke with Fernando the service Manager. I asked him if he would be able to reset the computer on my Porsche and he assured me that he had the computer tools to perform the service correctly. He also spoke to me about the type of oil I would need and the extra amount that is required for this vehicle. He made me feel very comfortable about leaving my car with them for this needed service. Fernando gave me an estimate on the cost and advised me that it may be a bit higher due to the extra oil, I thought that was considerate knowing that this car holds about 10 quarts of oil instead of a normal 5 or 6 quarts. My car was done in about half the time that he told me it would be done, which was another pleasant surprise. I would recommend Villa Marina Auto Care to anyone looking for a relief and you can't make it the actual dealership, this is a great alternative that delivers positive results with super friendly customer service. I took my car to Villa Marina Auto Care for a second opinion after Honda recommended maintenance on a variety of items based on time and mileage for my 2009 Accord. Fernando assured me they would review Honda's list and also do a full overall inspection of my vehicle. A few hours later Fernando called and spent almost a half hour thoroughly explaining the inspection results. It was nice knowing a good chunk of Honda's list didn't have to be done. I ended up getting my spark plugs replaced and a brake fluid flush. Fernando was very responsive both by email and phone. I was so impressed I had my boyfriend take his Honda here a few weeks later! I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

I am NEVER disappointed with the quality, timeliness and technicians. My car is a 2008 and runs beautifully, all because of their caring and expertise.
