I've been taking our trucks to Villa Marina Auto Care for a while and have been very happy with the service and work they did. The mechanics are good at what they do. The service writer Fernando has been very helpful and knowledgeable with my decisions on what services to do first. He explains everything to me what needs to be done and how long it will take. Happy with their services.

Joe the new manager is the a master with older vehicles. Willing to take on work other shops won’t. He took the time to repair my car as if it was his own. U r in good hands with joe.

I already raved (in another request for comments) about Fernando's humble, yet precisely knowledgeable response to my questions about the work done and planned, and even other automotive questions (e.g., how to obtain a FOB copy). He is an excellent interlocutor conveying significant knowledge to me, his customer. Completely trustworthy, he understands urgency vs economy. I continue to be a faithful fan.
