Pep boys refused to take off summer tires and put on winter tires. This place did it in 15 mins and was not expensive

It's an older car smoking badly with oil leaks. It was cleaned in order to evaluate the worst of the problem, and the smoking has been stopped to the tune of $360 dollars or so, to be reevaluated in 500 miles. I appreciate this solution, temporary or not. Seemed very fair.
