This place is not the auto shop you should take your vehicle to. I called to get a cost for a repair on my vehicle and these guys were demanding I bring it in even though I know the parts that need replacement. I told them that I didn’t need diagnosing and that I already had the parts needed and they said they don’t install customer provided parts. Probably because they know can upsell you on parts they buy and add it to the cost. Junk shop interested in money and not the wellness of your vehicle.

A total ripoff! $168 for a diagnosis when I already had the diagnosis.. a broken electric window switch! He said: "but I need to take the door panel off to read the part number". NO! There's a manufacturer parts book that has the numbers in it. I declined their services. It would have been $168 to just get the part number, then I would need to bring it back and have them do exactly the same labor to replace the switch. So what? Over $400 to replace a Hyundai window switch? Nahhhhh!

Went to these guys for a last minute smog check. The guy was very nice and let me know it'd be 30 minutes and made sure I got my AAA discount. They had it done in about 10 minutes and I was on my way. Could not have been nicer. Thank you!

I was passing through town from out of state and discovered a brake fluid leak when I parked at my hotel on Sunday night. I came in with no appointment to Villa Marina Auto Care when they opened at 7am on Monday and explained my problem and that I really needed to get back on the road the same day. They had my car diagnosed and parts on the way by 8:50am and had me back on the road before 4:30pm, the same day. They treated a person who doesn't live here and probably can't be a repeat customer extremely well. Great work at a very fair price.

They are way over priced, i got quoted $80.00 to change by Chevy Trailblazers Low beam light, they would not use the bulb I had bought to replace and that cost me$6..00 at Auto Zone, their quote for the bulb was $30. I said to him I thought that $80. was a bit high, he said "you can probably get it cheaper if you want to drive downtown LA? " it would take them an hour and a half he said. It just didn't feel right, I passed and went down Washington Blvd and pulled into a random car service shop 5 minutes away, and pulled away 10 minutes later with a working light and it only costing me $20. I felt compelled to suggest to others to beware of over priced services at this shop unless you have money to waste.

They fixed my car relatively painlessly and easily. They explained what they did and what the problem was clearly to me.
