My BMW needed a service and also had a rattling noise from the engine. The team identified it as a bad bearing in my AC unit and explained what would happen if this issue wasn't fixed. They had the car ready in less than two days, despite the unit being deep inside the engine. They also deducted the general service fee from my total because of the scope of the job.
