We have been going to Villa Marina for decades due to the outstanding service and customer care. We have deviated a few times to the various dealers after acquiring new cars to only go back to Villa Marina after a few months as there was not any comparisons between the dealer service departments and this organization.

Fernando is personable, knowledgeable and straightforward. He will always let you know ahead of time what needs to be done and what is recommended, but can wait. My husband and I rely on him and our cars have lasted a long time because of his care.

Fernando is the very best customer service representative--knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, always looking for a way to make the experience positive and informative. I trust him for the automotive advice he gives me and my family about our cars, both new cars and much-loved older cars that he has kept in tip-top shape. I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else for service, since VMAC is already the very best.
