I wanted to say that I have never experienced auto repair as I have over the past few years of Villa Marina Auto Care. Joe, Fernando and Chris have been amazing. I am a woman who knows nothing about cars and feel that they have protected me, treated me with the utmost respect and care! I totally trust whatever they tell me unlike other places where I've felt taken advantage of. They are the best! I cannot express my gratitude and how highly I recommend them!

Stereotypical misleading auto shop experience here. Went in for a basic service and they lied to me about needed more, way expensive job. Went to my hometown shop and the actual work was a fraction of the quote here. Avoid at all costs!

The white guy working there is a complete as*hole. I first call these guys asking if they would or even could repair my tire. Mind you I have a flat and there was a nail in my tire. Not the side of my tire but the middle of my tire. They said that they could. So I carefully try to go there and as soon as I arrive the guy comes to my car to check the tire. Without even looking at it for more than 5 seconds he said that there was nothing to be done and that I needed new tires. Well I'm clearly not an idiot so I leave I go to good year near Costco and they actually lift my car which the other guy didn't even do and tell me that it can be fixed within 5 mins. All so that they can make a quick buck these guys let me drive off with a flat tire which could have caused a lot of damage. Thank you guys for being the biggest pieces of horse manure in the world! Ps. Go suck a fat one

Joe and Fernando were very kind and professional. Joe took in my Cadillac after they had closed for the day and said that they would have my car fixed the following day...I received a call the next morning letting me know how much it was going to cost (ouch!) and that it would be done by 2 and it was. Thank you

These guys are great! They are very thorough and honest. They will let you know what absolutely needs to be done and also the other things they recommend for when you can afford it:-) Super honest group of guys.

Fernando was excellent! He not only walked me through what was wrong with my car, but he also gave me great recommendations for how to proceed. Not only did he do an excellent job fixing what was wrong, but he also fixed another thing for no charge at all because he saw it needed work. I hadn't found a good full-service shop before this but now I know I can come here whenever I need help. Great service overall!
