I moved across town and still take my cars here because they are incredibly friendly, honest and good at what they do. It’s hard for me to find a car place that is helpful and doesn’t try and take advantage of my lack of knowledge.

Amazing mechanics. Seriously. Stellar all around. Communication was over-the-top good, turn around was ~36 hours on a pretty serious issue, impressively knowledgeable mechanics and technicians. Incredible work. Fernando spent a good bit of time educating me on the workings of the car, and not just those relevant to my problem. Everyone in this establishment took the extra time+care to ensure that I felt confident about the condition of the vehicle. The warranty they offered on all my parts + labor really pushes the experience over the edge. Will be servicing all cars here in the future.

Fernando and Chris at Villa Auto are so incredible and knowledgeable and today Fernando took his time to explain what was needed with my auto. I have been going there for a very long time and never was I disappointed, they keep my 2004 fabulous car in such great shape. I am extremely fortunate that I was recommended so many years ago to them. It is extremely difficult to explain what needs to happen to someone like myself who knows nothing about autos, other then to get in and push the pedal, yet Fernando always has the patience to make me "get it." First time bringing my car here for service...and, wow, what a great experience. The service was impressively prompt, friendly and courteous. They welcomed me as I first approached, and built an immediate trustworthy rapport. The work done on my car was completed within the estimated time, as promised. They explained the issues with my car in friendly clear speak so that I could fully understand and not get overwhelmed by complex mechanical terms. This is truly an important professional virtue that often gets missed, but this place is on point! Of note, I am especially pleased with the many thoughtful considerations for safety and Covid precautions taken during this crazy time of pandemic. I am sincerely satisfied that I chose this auto care center for my car and will be highly recommending Villa Marina Auto Care to everyone who would like Excellent, Skillful and Honest car service.

First time customer....Moved from Chicago with our 2007 and 2008 Audi S6's. Both very low miles. Both have V-10 5.2L engines and before taking them in somewhere for service I looked at reviews. Today I brought in my '08 w/ 29,000 miles. I met with Chris. He took the time to listen to all my concerns before leaving the car with him. He took the car at 10:00 and said give them 2.5 hrs. At exactly 12:30 my phone rang. Fernando told me everything I needed to hear. The car was finished. He told me how many mm and the % remained on the brakes. Here is what I liked the best. When I brought the car in, I told them that the last time it was serviced in Chicago, I was told that I had an issue that was starting. Villa Marina could have easily told me that the previous diagnosis was correct and that my problem needed work, (and $). Instead, Fernando said they looked at the problem and they saw no issue with it. They said that next service, (probably 12 mo from now), they will check it again...Bottom line, they had the chance to charge me for something that didn't need work and they did not.

I want to add to my previous review that I regard the entire team of auto specialists at this business to be great. It is obvious that the leadership, from the president to the management specialists, is terrific -- it is evident by their professionalism and the care with which they treat their customers.
