Amazing mechanics. Seriously. Stellar all around. Communication was over-the-top good, turn around was ~36 hours on a pretty serious issue, impressively knowledgeable mechanics and technicians. Incredible work. Fernando spent a good bit of time educating me on the workings of the car, and not just those relevant to my problem. Everyone in this establishment took the extra time+care to ensure that I felt confident about the condition of the vehicle. The warranty they offered on all my parts + labor really pushes the experience over the edge. Will be servicing all cars here in the future.

Fernando and Chris at Villa Auto are so incredible and knowledgeable and today Fernando took his time to explain what was needed with my auto. I have been going there for a very long time and never was I disappointed, they keep my 2004 fabulous car in such great shape. I am extremely fortunate that I was recommended so many years ago to them. It is extremely difficult to explain what needs to happen to someone like myself who knows nothing about autos, other then to get in and push the pedal, yet Fernando always has the patience to make me "get it."
